Concrete and temporary works RAMS fail most often on the interface with the temporary works procedure — reviewers look for evidence that a Temporary Works Coordinator has been engaged and that designs, checks and permits to load and strike are built into the sequence. A method statement that treats formwork as just another material rarely survives review.
